Due to some essential maintenance this weekend we will unfortunately have to move the servers that some of our customer accounts are hosted on. The good news is that you need not worry as there will be no downtime.
However, this will involve changing the IP address of some of the servers. This will not affect any of the operations of your website unless you have specified an IP address in any of your links to or from your website or have “saved” browser pages using an IP address rather than the URL to access your cPanel hosting account.
If this move affects your account the details of the new IP addresses will be communicated to you on Saturday 10th December and the change will take place on Sunday 11th December.
This change will not affect any customers who have a dedicated IP address.
